This one-off pair of quirky earrings is made from semi-precious stones, a non-identical pair of hand-cast resin turritella shells and sterling silver. They are designed to complement each other but not exactly match. They can be worn as a pair or as statement individual pieces. One drop below the earwire is 2½ inches (6.35cm), the other 2¾ inches (7cm). Resin is beautifully light and this pair of individual earrings weigh just 9.05g between them (average 4.53g each).

The original turritella shells were gifted to me from a friend’s collection when I lived in Whitby. The dark gold and bronze shells are teamed with black onyx, haematite, iron pyrites, smoky quartz and tiger’s eye beads. These stones can help release old, fermenting or stuck negativity like grief, anger and despair. They can  penetrate dark areas of the mind and/or body and infuse them with calm, love and light, dispelling fear, stress, anxiety and depression. They can provide grounding and protection enabling you to find purpose, willpower and courage.

These earrings come in a gift box with the descriptive enclosure photographed which tells the new owner of this unique jewellery all about its qualities. A complementary polishing cloth is also included.
