To order
To order items please click on “add to basket” next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be directed to your shopping basket page where you can choose to pay now or continue shopping. When you are ready to pay, click on the shopping basket button to be directed to checkout. Options such as free gifts and delivery charges will be presented at checkout.
Please allow up to five working days for delivery, longer if outwith the UK. You should receive an email confirming your order. If you haven’t received this within 24 hours please email hello@seasorceress.co.uk.
Packaging
Every item of jewellery will be wrapped in acid-free tissue and placed in a branded box. You’ll also receive a card about caring for your jewellery. Non-jewellery items will be packed accordingly. I can also include a card with a personal message if the item is being bought as a gift and being sent direct to the recipient. Just add the message you’d like in the comments box at the checkout.
Artisan Amulets
Every piece for sale on this website is handmade and unique. Therefore, guarantees cannot be given in terms of the colour, size and markings or gemstones etc. Measurements are recorded carefully but a variation of a few percent may occur. The colour of jewellery, upon receipt, may vary slightly from the colour you viewed on your monitor and this is to be expected.
Payment
Payment is displayed, and taken, in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
All major types of credit and debit cards are accepted and every care is taken to make the website 100% secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using [Stripe?], a secure trading online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. I never see your card details.
I also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Please note the actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company and that any local duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation rights
Should you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days from the day you receive the order. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email to hello@seasorceress.co.uk and the item must then be returned within seven days in the same condition in which it was received, without wear or damage, and in its original packaging. Items can be returned with three exceptions. 1. Earrings which may not be returned for reasons of hygiene. 2. Special commissions such as items which have been personalised rendering them unsuitable for another buyer. 3. Any item which has been worn or damaged following receipt.

Please direct all questions and queries to hello@seasorceress.co.uk. Working hours and access to emails varies. You should receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
Repairs
Carefully looked after, your jewellery should last indefinitely, but accidents do happen. I am able to repair any items which become damaged and will do so free of charge for 12 months. After this period, a charge will be made. Free repair excludes any extra materials required and postage costs. Please email hello@seasorceress.co.uk to discuss a repair before you send any item. You will be required to pay postage costs to send the item to me as well as the cost of the repaired piece being returned.
