Delivery & Returns

Deliveries to the UK

Delivery is charged at cost and is free for orders above the value of £75. Items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed For) or Special Delivery. Other couriers may be used if agreed or if necessary. Your package will require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the address you provide will have someone present at the time of delivery. This can be home or work. If no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered or for you to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, please contact me so I can provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase the package up with the Royal Mail. I am unable to refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items). This is when Royal Mail considers items to be lost. I am unable to take responsibility for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Deliveries beyond the UK (worldwide)

Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or Tracked and Signed For depending on the destination. Delivery is charged at cost and you are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties and any other local charges which may apply. The actual value of the contents will be declared where required. Suggested delivery times are available on Royal Mail’s website here. I cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date.

Returns Policy

I hope you love the item(s) you receive. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to me for an exchange, refund or credit note within 28 days of receipt. Please let me know via email – hello@seasorceress.co.uk – that an item is being returned so I can expect it. Returned item(s) must be unworn and sent in the same condition in which it was received, without damage, and including the packing slip and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of any returns; these charges are non-refundable.

It is strongly recommended that you use a “Signed For” tracked service to return your package. I am unable to refund any items which get lost in transit.

Most items can be returned with three exceptions. 1. Earrings which may not be returned for reasons of hygiene. 2. Special commissions such as items which have been personalised rendering them unsuitable for another buyer. 3. Any item which has been worn or damaged. I can, however, repair items.
